Eagle is a common name for many large birds of prey of the family Accipitridae
Accipitridae feed on a range of prey items from insects to medium-sized mammals
Most of the sixty species of eagles are from Eurasia and Africa
Outside of Eurasia and Africa, only fourteen species can be found

My oldest son loved eagles. He collected them and his bedroom was decorated in them. When he grew up he went into the navy. The eagle symbol can be found in many things Navy related such as insignia’s.
