Swan Facts Poem

smooth feathers
beautiful neck
mighty wings for flight
highly intelligent
group of wild swans called a herd
one of the largest flying birds
food obtained up-ending or dabbling
eats small amounts – aquatic animals
flies with slow wingbeat and neck is outstretched
flies as fast as sixty miles per hour
groups in captivity – a fleet
swans also feed on the land
a swan will mate for life
wonderful parents
glides when swimming

Double Etheree – Two Etheree stanzas, where the second one is reversed.
