“some moments are nice, some are nicer, some are even worth writing about.” ― Charles Bukowski

Message of Appreciation to my Family

my family
forgetting bad times
just remembering good ones
we had more good times than bad
new generation

passing by
grandchildren married
the birth of great grandchildren
seeing joy in families eyes
next generation
is forming

Living in
21st century
my oldest great grandchildren
are already teenagers
before I know it
more offspring

    • Thanks for commenting, yes this poem is authentic, it is my husband and my generations expanding. It’s amazing the offspring we have now. We got married in 1959, next year it will be our golden wedding anniversary.
